Amsterdam, July 03, 2025 – NIO, the global smart electric vehicle company, and its new sub-brand firefly, have collectively secured five major accolades, underscoring their innovative strength and design excellence in the competitive automotive landscape. The recognitions include two distinctions at the Red Dot Award and three honors at the German Brand Award 2025, emphasizing a holistic, user-centric approach to product and brand design.

At the esteemed Red Dot Award, the NIO ET5 Touring was celebrated in the “Product Design – Automobiles and Motorcycles” category. The smart tourer’s design, characterized by its sleek, aerodynamic silhouette, frameless windows, and expansive panoramic glass roof, embodies NIO’s core principles of purity, human-centricity, progressiveness, and sophistication. This recognition highlights the vehicle's seamless fusion of technology, performance, and aesthetics, redefining urban mobility.

Further demonstrating its commitment to experiential environments, NIO House Hamburg also received a Red Dot Award in the “Interior Architecture and Interior Design” category. This space exemplifies NIO’s strategy of integrating contemporary design, local identity, and sustainable materials to foster user engagement and cultural connection.
