California-based Lyten has acquired a Polish energy-storage factory from Swedish battery giant Northvolt, marking a significant expansion in its manufacturing capabilities.

US-based Lyten, a developer of LytCell graphene-based lithium-sulfur batteries, is set to acquire Northvolt's energy storage systems (ESS) factory located in Gdansk, Poland.
